“What an amazing and inspiring performance. I think everyone felt like we were part of something much bigger today.” - Colour of Time participant

In a rainbow eruption of powder and dance, The Colour of Time brings a stunning reinvention of the traditional Indian Holi Festival to the streets of Doncaster.

Each year, people throw gulal powder in the air showing great joy and mirth, celebrating unity, and acceptance of diversity through these colourful embraces. In a huge dance parade, dancers and musicians moved in a choreographed parade through Doncaster town centre towards a finale on the Sir Nigel Gresley Square outside Cast.

Joining in, the audience were invited into a riotous expression of colour and joy, painting the sky with an explosion of gulal powder. An international street theatre performance from France's Artonik, the show has been performed all over the world before making its way to Doncaster.
