The programme

Animating empty shop units in Frenchgate, Waterdale and Donny town centre and celebrating local talent.

The community enjoyed live bands on the Sine FM broadcasting van as well as street dance and street entertainment. A Camera Obscura - seeing Doncaster turned upside down. People expected fun and surprising acts from Yorkshire Life Aquatic's dry-land synchronised swimming and Breakin' Convention's hip-hop battles to performances by the Ukulele Orchestra and Black Cat Theatre on Sir Nigel Gresley Square.

Guests found out about Light Boxes, Endless Doodles, Hairstories, Fossils, Street Samba, Guerilla Gardening...and many other things happening at various sites including The Point, Doncaster Museum & Art Gallery, Bentley Myplace and Doncaster Libraries.

Along came Pif-Paf Theatre's Flycycle, and you could create a dreamscape with Artfuel or join the numerous FREE workshops and activities during the weekend in 2014.

Audiences had the opportunity to collect the first hard-copy of Doncaster's arts magazine the Doncopolitan.
