The community joined us for an evening celebrating Mexborough through poetry, pottery and music at the Concertina Club, Dolcliffe Rd, Mexborough on Wednesday 26th November. Plus it was the last chance to see the Art Car in Mexborough before it goes on tour!
We also had an evening of celebration in Mexborough where there was a fascinating talk on local pottery by Graham Oliver, a pottery workshop where people could try their hand at the wheel and live poetry from Sally Jenkinson and the Pitmen Poets, a wonderful evening.
