Doncaster Young Producers
Working with Rebecca Smith from Urban Projections, a group of six Young Producers from Doncaster have been introduced to the role of ‘Festival Producer’ and have been rooted in the creation of the artwork for the Doncaster Festival of Light On Tour.
The young people are getting an insight to a range of learning from budgets to risk assessments alongside Rebecca as the group prepare for the Doncaster Festival of Light on Tour.
So far, workshops have included a trip to see the Tate Modern to see the beautiful Anthony McCall exhibition in London with Rebecca and the Right Up Our Street Team and the group have visited Rebecca’s workshop space at Welbeck.
We can’t wait to share what the Young Producers and Rebecca have created during the Doncaster Festival of Light On Tour In February 2025.
